We (Jordan and Laura) are BFF sister-cousins who are
tragically separated by 265 miles of I-95. Our geographical challenges have led
us to many communication solutions – non-stop texting, emailing, Skyping,
FaceTiming and – on occasion – real, live mail. While all of this keeps us in
near minute-by-minute contact, we decided a blog could be the ultimate way to
stay in touch and share the little things in life we love. We both have busy
work and life schedules that we love to update each other on, but
have found that the little, day-to-day things you don’t talk about if you don't talk every day are what
make up a close friendship.
That is why we will use Yo Cuz for important discourse on
the things we love: Thanksgiving, monogrammed trinkets, bicycling around beach
towns, spray painting furniture accessories, deep or not-so-deep talks over wine, Bravo TV, all things
beauty-related, exercise when we want to and French fries when we don’t and our grandparents, among
other topics.
